"Your best options are, Hillsboro inlet, Lake Boca and what I think is the best sandbar is the area just inside of Haulover inlet. If you go down to Haulover you can also beach your boat at Beer Can Island, just west of the Haulover sandbar."

Lake Boca is also worth the trip. There is a small sandbar to the North of the 17th Street Causeway. Lastly, don't forget about the Haulover…"
